Consumer and employee data privacy compliance top of mind? Unsure of how to navigate the ever-expanding landscape of data privacy laws? Join us for a lively panel discussion featuring data privacy law practitioners who will address the latest state and federal privacy laws that impact your organization, including the California Invasion of Privacy Act (“CIPA”), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), the California Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). A multidiscipline attorney panel from Kelley Drye, alongside in-house attorneys, will share their unique perspectives regarding recent consumer-protection litigation, employee data privacy obligations, data privacy trends and what you need to do to ensure compliance and manage risk.
